Nominations for Rising Star should be for an individual, 35 years old or younger as of December 31, 2026, who is based in SE Michigan and has made a significant contribution to M&A transactions.
This award recognizes an outstanding individual lender who has demonstrated strategic excellence, deal innovation, and exceptional performance in 2026. Nominations must highlight the nominee’s impact through client solutions, competitive wins, and leadership in the Michigan market. Individual must work in SE Michigan for a for-profit financial institution (public or private) that provides financial solutions or growth capital.
