Steve develops and maintains an integrated growth culture and infrastructure across all businesses. He implements merger and acquisition strategy and forecasts growth, pricing, and top line revenue growth in conjunction with the budgeting process. Steve also prioritizes and guides the go-to market efforts, sales, communication, and client experience to drive efficient accretive outcomes, and is responsible for ensuring the firm’s brand market position in existing and future markets.

Steve joined Vestal & Wiler in 2006, which combined with Rehmann in 2022. At Vestal & Wiler, Steve was a Shareholder and member of the Executive Committee. Prior to Vestal & Wiler, Steve was a financial analyst for LeCesse Development, a National Association of Home Builders “Top 100” builder. Throughout business school, he worked as a financial analyst for CNL Investment Company, one of the largest privately held real estate investment and finance companies in the US.

Steve is extensively involved in both professional and community organizations.  He is the finance chair of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), serving on the global board and executive committee. He provides active leadership to Florida Citrus Sports as President Elect. He is also a board member of Dr. Phillips, Inc., and The Dr. P. Phillips Foundation, Central Florida’s largest grant making organization. In addition, Steve is a member of YPO, a global leadership community of extraordinary chief executives.

Nathan Bond is the co-founder of Rifle Paper Co., an international stationery and lifestyle brand based in Winter Park, Florida. Founded in 2009 together with his wife Anna, Rifle Paper Co. has previously been recognized as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in America, with more than 150 employees and carried in over 6,000 retailers around the world.

Bond led the company as CEO until 2021 and currently serves on their board of directors. He also serves on the boards of the Acton Institute, the Foundation of Economic Education, Magdalen College, the Ciocca Center for Principled Entrepreneurship at the Catholic University of America, and the Chesterton Academy of Orlando.


In 2015 Bond was named to Forbes magazine’s 30 Under 30 list of young game changers, movers, and makers. An Orlando native, he resides in the area with his wife Anna and their four young children.

Paul is an experienced C-suite leader with a successful track record at ABB Optical, LNR Property and Burger King.  As CFO, Paul guided ABB Optical through its sale to New Mountain Capital and its subsequent acquisition of its closest competitor.  At LNR Property, Paul and his team guided the company through its sale to Cerberus Capital Management.  He has been involved in many acquisitions and refinancings throughout his career.  Paul began his career as a Chartered Accountant in London.

John Burden

John O. Burden, Sr. is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Manager of Broadcrest Asset Management, LLC and has 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry. As part of his role at Broadcrest, he is Vice Chairman of One Florida Bank and its holding company and Chairman of Organics Management Holdings and Southeast Elevator Holdings. Prior to founding Broadcrest, John was President and Chief Executive Officer of Old Florida Bancshares, Inc., a $1.6 billion multi-bank financial holding company in Orlando, Florida. Earlier in his career John was a founding team member of United Heritage Bank where he served in various capacities including credit, commercial and mortgage banking, and operations.

 

John holds a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and was a scholarship athlete on the football team.
