Douglas Kegler graduated from SUNY Fredonia in 1990 with a B.S. in Computer Science.  He began his career as a software engineer at a small medical software firm shortly after graduation and remained working in healthcare until his retirement in 2019.  In 1997 he came up with the idea of an Internet-based medical billing and practice management solution for small medical practices and medical billing services.  After a couple years of programming he released the first version in 1999 and raised $1M in seed funding a couple year after.  Over the next 20 years he grew the company to 50 employees and $15MM in revenue with signification profits.

A pioneer in the Robotic Process Automation technology movement, Richard Milam brought a revolutionary operational efficiency solution to organizations worldwide with his conception of Foxtrot, the flagship product of the company he founded, EnableSoft, Inc.. Subsequent to the 2019 acquisition of EnableSoft by Nintex, Foxtrot RPA is now a key component of the world’s leading end to end Digital Process Automation solution. Prior to founding EnableSoft in 1995, he worked for the inventor of the ATM as an implementer of ATM networks around the world, held sales and consulting positions for several of the largest banking software companies, and served in the United States Navy as a nuclear-trained engineer in the Navy’s submarine service.

Mr. Simoncini has over 15 years of experience in Healthcare.  He is currently leading Business Development for Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, the premier owner-operator of dermatology clinics in the U.S.

Previously, Mr. Simoncini led strategy and business development for Cardinal Health Specialty Solutions, ran the global surgical gloves business at Cardinal Health, held various positions in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and RBC Capital Markets, and worked in corporate finance and strategic planning at Pfizer, Inc.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business school, a Master’s degree in Public Health from Columbia University and a Bacherlor’s degree from the University of Virginia.

He has more than 20 years of experience and specializes in alternative investments, offshore financial services, private equity and hedge funds. Assisting emerging managers and well-established funds both onshore and offshore, Colin provides guidance on the structure of funds and their management companies, taking into account both domestic and cross-border issues.
