COVID-19 has had impacts across the business spectrum. In our first live programming since the beginning of the pandemic, we will explore the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on middle market deal making. The discussion from our well-respected panelists will include an assessment of impacts on business valuation and pandemic related adjustments, as well as discussion around the industries that have been the most/least affected over the last 18 months. Steven Castino - Moderator

Steve Castino is a Shareholder and a Member of Vestal & Wiler's executive committee. He is responsible for the overall direction of the firm's business development and marketing efforts. He works to keep the firm a growing, innovative and forward moving organization. Responsibilities include new service line and product development, corporate communications, "niche building," new business development, coordination of the firm's referral network and industry research for both improving client service and new market entry.

Steve graduated from Rollins College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. He also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance and Management, from Rollins College's Crummer School of Business. In addition, he studied at Vaxjo University in Sweden as a graduate student.

Prior to joining Vestal & Wiler, Steve was a Financial Analyst for LeCesse Development, a National Association of Home Builders "Top 100" builder. At LeCesse, he underwrote multifamily acquisitions and new development opportunities, created discounted cash-flow models, produced financing packages for debt, mezzanine and equity, and reviewed loan documents. Throughout business school Steve worked in the financial analysis department for CNL Investment Company, one of the largest privately held real estate investment and finance companies in the US. At CNL, Steve analyzed the financial statements of CNL's real estate investment trusts (REIT's) and their competitors.

An active member in his community, Steve currently serves in Board of Director positions for the Community Coordinated Care for Children (4C), the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Crummer School of Business, Florida Citrus Sports, Rollins College Athletic Booster Club, Leadership Orlando (class 75) and the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce.

Josh Mastracci serves as a Vice President at Hyde Park Capital.

He supports the firm's mergers and acquisitions, private capital raising, and corporate finance efforts across a variety of industries. He holds the Series 79 securities license for Investment Banking Registered Representatives. Mr. Mastracci graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Boston College, a J.D. from Tulane University Law School, and is a member of The Florida Bar.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Orlando chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, and is actively involved in the Outback Bowl's charitable organization.

Ian Garland is a Vice President at Shoreline. Prior to joining Shoreline, from 2014 to 2019, Mr. Garland was an Associate and then promoted to a Senior Associate at PNC Riverarch. From 2011 to 2014, he was as an Investment Banking Analyst at Raymond James & Associates.

Mr. Garland holds a B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida and a M.S. in Finance from the University of Tampa. He is a CFA charterholder.
