Mr. Egerton is one of the founding shareholders of Dean, Mead, Egerton, Bloodworth, Capouano & Bozarth, P.A. He is Board Certified in Tax Law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization. He is a tax and corporate attorney whose practice emphasizes tax planning for real estate transactions including tax-free exchanges, planning to preserve long-term capital gains in dispositions of real estate, tax planning for debt restructuring and workouts and tax structuring of joint ventures for the acquisition and development of real properties; negotiating and drafting partnership and limited liability company agreements; mergers, sales and acquisitions of businesses; and the handling of federal tax controversies at the audit, trial and appeals levels. Mr. Egerton is the Past Chair of the American Bar Association's Section of Taxation, the nation's largest organization of tax lawyers.

Jennifer is the Managing Partner for the Central Florida Tax Practice. In her role, she manages all aspects of the Central Florida offices' tax practice and oversees compliance and quality control within the tax department. She provides corporate and international tax services, specializing in pass through entities, closely held businesses, and personal income tax for high net worth individuals. She primarily serves mid-sized corporation, s-corporations, and partnerships, and has experience in manufacturing, technology, hospitality, and real estate industries.

She began her career in 1994 with KPMG in Chicago, where she worked in the Personal Financial Planning Group for over three years. After moving to Orlando in 1997, she joined Deloitte and assisted in growing the tax department for the next eight years. Jennifer has a broad range of business experience, which allows her to advise clients on a variety of complex issues and transactions they may encounter when making financial and business decisions. Her knowledge and technical skills have helped numerous clients experience significant tax savings over the years. Her passion for networking and connecting people, combined with her drive to provide exceptional service is an added benefit to colleagues and clients.

Beth Spinda is a CPA, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in taxation. She is a tax professional with over 14 years in the field of corporate taxation. Her career started at Deloitte in the NJ/NY area where she spent 8 years primarily focused on international tax. Following her departure from public accounting, Beth worked in-house at large global companies such as Mars, Inc., Ingersoll Rand, and Tupperware Brands and has more recently focused on the small to mid-sized global companies such as FARO and most recently Natus Medical Incorporated. This recent focus has allowed Beth the opportunity to be exposed to total company tax impacts including corporate, transfer pricing, indirect, payroll, executive comp, and others. Of the many tasks tax department leaders fact today, Beth most enjoys tax position analysis, debate, and tax controversy.

Sean is responsible for driving market share growth for ADP’s middle market segment in the north central Florida region. His team consists of Human Capital Management sales consultants that target niche industry verticals covering the Tampa Bay, Orlando, and Jacksonville territories. Sean began his career with ADP in 2010 and has held numerous positions from Vice President of Strategy for ADP’s Southeast Division covering 8 states, to most recently Sean was the Vice President of the Broker Channel for ADP’s South division covering 11 states. ADP is a global Human Capital Management cloud software provider that leverages expert insights to enhance the client experience.
