Summary/ What You Will Learn:
Jacob Werksman will lead a no-nonsense presentation on the characteristics and fundamentals that are required to win as an individual and as a team. Before you can be an asset on a team, you must first be a great leader of yourself. Once you are performing at your maximum potential, you can then become a great teammate. High-performing teams require high-performing individuals. This presentation supplies viewers with the tools to achieve greatness as an individual and as a team. Jacob combines his experience to allow you and your team to unlock their full potential.

Jacob Werksman

Victory Strategies
Founder & Chairman, Author, and Former Navy SEAL.

After completing high school, Jacob joined the United States Navy to become a US Navy SEAL and was assigned to a SEAL Team at 20 years old. During his time in service, he was able to simultaneously achieve his Bachelors Degree in Organizational Leadership. Jacob is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and is currently attending Crummer Graduate School’s Executive Doctorate in Business Administration program at Rollins College.

After transitioning from the military, Jacob started Victory Strategies with his life savings to pursue his belief in the American Dream. Victory Strategies is a leadership development firm whose primary purpose is to help leaders grow and embrace the possible. He began by assembling a world-class team of professionals from the most elite communities to exist.

Jacob is also a Harvard Business School Executive Education Leadership coach and provides strategic advisory to several other businesses and organizations throughout the world.

In 2019, Jacob was awarded a position in Orlando Business Journal’s 40 under 40 and in 2020, Orlando Business Journal named Jacob as a Veteran of Influence. In 2021, Jacob was named one of the Next 1000 Entrepreneurs by Forbes Magazine. Jacob has a passion for giving back and is actively involved with half a dozen 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organizations to include; The Orange County Florida Sheriff’s Foundation and The Orlando Police Foundation.

Jacob published his first book, “Leadership A Life Sport: a Playbook on what it takes to win as an individual and as a team” in 2020.
