Tell us about your role/firm.

I’m the founder and President at Systema Resources, where I lead mergers and acquisitions advisory for lower-middle market companies. I work closely with business owners and private equity firms to drive value creation, manage deal flow, and guide successful exits or strategic acquisitions across energy, infrastructure, and service-based sectors.

What are you currently focused on? 

I’m focused on helping business owners prepare for and navigate successful exits through strategic M&A advisory. I’m seeking opportunities to partner with private equity firms and acquirers looking for high-quality lower-middle market targets, particularly in energy, infrastructure, and essential services. My biggest opportunity is ensuring sellers are positioned to maximize value while also aligning with the right buyers to create long-term success post-transaction.

What is your favorite ACG event, and why? 

DealMax was my favorite ACG event because it brought together an exceptional mix of private equity professionals, strategic buyers, and intermediaries all focused on the middle market. The energy, quality of conversations, and actionable insights made it incredibly valuable. I especially appreciated the opportunity to share my client pipeline with interested buyers and build new relationships that have already led to follow-up discussions.

What's one thing people would be surprised to learn about you? 

One thing people would be surprised to learn about me is that I started my career as a power engineer, then co-founded and sold my own engineering firm. That experience gave me a unique perspective, combining hands-on technical knowledge with firsthand insight into growing, scaling, and successfully exiting a business.
