Tell us about your role/firm.

I'm a Commercial Real Estate broker specializing in office and industrial assets in the Central Florida market. Our firm is celebrating 30 years in 2025, we are a privately owned full-service commercial real estate firm offering our clients brokerage, property management and accounting services.

What are you currently focused on?

I am currently focused on working with privately held local businesses and property investors to locate strategic office and industrial assets to grow their portfolios.

What motivated you to join ACG Orlando?

I was motivated to join ACG Orlando so that I could meet more trusted advisors (bankers, insurance brokers, cost seg specialists, etc.) to refer to my clients to and add additional value to their assets; and to increase my knowledge of our market and what is driving the local economy forward.

Favorite podcast, book, or TV show right now?

My favorite book I've read so far this year is Four Thousand Weeks. The premise is that if we live to 80, we'll live for 4,000 weeks - not a lot of time when we think of it that way. The author gives practical advice for prioritizing what truly matters most in life, by reframing the urgency we respond to the deluge of e-mails, push notifications and other seemingly 'urgent' matters of modern daily life.
