I’m a Partnership Executive at Align Business Advisory Services, where I work directly with business owners and trusted advisors to guide sell-side mergers and acquisitions for lower-middle-market companies. I help clients prepare for the sale, maximize enterprise value, and navigate the transaction process with confidence. At Align, our team of experienced operators and executives provides tailored guidance at every stage, ensuring a smooth transaction while supporting long-term success and helping owners achieve their post-exit goals.
I’m consistently looking for opportunities to connect with business owners and advisors in the lower-middle-market space where I can provide guidance on what a transaction could look like for them whether 1, 3, or 5 years out. While we are industry-agnostic, the three main areas we are currently active in are industrial services, medical, and business services. I aim to help owners make informed decisions that maximize value and set them up for long-term success.
My favorite ACG Orlando event is the Progressive Lunch. I love it because it brings together such a dynamic group of advisors, providing the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations and hear diverse perspectives. It also tends to attract a different group of attendees which always leaves me with new insights and connections to bring back to my work.
One thing people might be surprised to learn about me is that I’m an avid traveler. I’ve visited 38 countries so far! I always love swapping travel stories and hearing about new destinations.
