Tell us about your role/firm.

Blue Sky Exit Planning helps business owners maximize the value of their companies and prepare for successful transitions through exit planning, value creation, M&A advisory, and strategic business services. In addition to running the firm, I run our Exit Planning and Transaction Advisory verticals.

What are you currently focused on? 

Our sweet spot is working with true lower middle market businesses, revenue of $5M to $30M, preferably blue collar businesses, who really need education and guidance to prepare them for sale and take them through a successful sale of the business.

What is your favorite ACG Orlando event, and why?

Joint meeting with EPI Orlando and TMA. Great group of professionals, great way to kick off the new year.

What is your favorite podcast, book, or TV show right now?

Reading Leonardo DaVinci bio, inspired by my visit to Florence in May. Fascinating human being.
