Tell us about your role/firm.

As a member of PCE’s ESOP team, I focus on ESOP feasibility and transaction execution for business owners exploring ESOPs, as well as supporting companies with ESOPs already in place. I develop detailed financial models, help evaluate alternative structures, assess financing options, and create transaction materials for trustees and lending partners. 

What are you currently focused on? 

My current focus is year-end ESOP execution, including the development of transaction materials and coordination with trustees and lenders. I’m also helping with the education efforts for business owners exploring ESOPs and helping strengthen our 2026 pipeline through the development of materials and insights for prospective clients.

What motivated you to join ACG Orlando?

I joined ACG Orlando to strengthen my connection to the Central Florida business community. I’m looking forward to meeting more professionals in the area, building lasting relationships, and finding ways to be helpful.

What's one thing people would be surprised to learn about you?

I enjoy surf fishing in New Smyrna and spending beach days with my wife and daughter. Afterwards, we'll eat at JB’s Fish Camp and enjoy the sunset by the intercoastal.
