Tell us about your role/firm.

Park Capital Search is a retained executive search firm serving private equity firms and family offices.

What are you currently focused on? 

I am focused on continuing to grow Park Capital Search and expanding our impact within the private equity and family office space. We have built a team of ten professionals and were recently recognized as Search Firm of the Year by Private Equity Wire.

We are also scaling Evergreen RPO Search, a division designed to give PE sponsors greater control over talent acquisition at a reduced cost structure. Our recent work reflects this focus, including an exclusive transformation engagement with a Top 100 publicly traded company to rebuild its finance and accounting function from the C-suite through early-stage management.

What motivated you to join ACG Orlando?

I joined ACG Orlando to connect with like-minded leaders who share my passion for the investor market. As a founder serving private equity and family offices, I value being part of a community where collaboration, deal-making, and relationship-building happen organically.

ACG Orlando provides that environment, bringing together professionals who understand the nuances of the middle market and are committed to helping each other succeed.

What's one thing people would be surprised to learn? I was a competitive gymnast.
