Tell us about your role/firm.

I am a Managing Director leading the Private Equity and Internal Mergers & Acquisitions team and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to the firm’s mission of saving lives and fostering sustainability. dss+ is a management consulting firm that advises senior executives on transforming their businesses to drive revenue and EBITDA growth from strategy through execution.

What are you currently focused on? 

I am currently focused on internal M&A to drive our growth. Since our carve-out from DuPont Chemical in 2019, we have completed eight acquisitions. I target founder-led management consulting firms with annual revenue exceeding $50 million and EBITDA of at least $10 million.

What have you gained from your ACG membership experience?

ACG membership has reinforced my belief that business is ultimately about people and relationships. Through ACG, I’ve connected with a wide range of business leaders, sharing insights and learning from their experiences. These connections have led to meaningful strategic partnerships and lasting friendships. The caliber of professionals, from private equity leaders to entrepreneurs, has been invaluable.
