• YuChiang Cheng has a passion for leading teams and deep experience as an entrepreneur, investor, and leader of industry-leading companies at the highest executive roles. With a focus on building amazing products, brands, and experiences, he has grown projects such as Topgolf, Virgin Games, World Poker Tour, MGM Mirage Online, World Golf Tour and Wheel of Fortune Games. His current role as CEO of Hero Bread allows him to live out his mission of making healthy choices accessible to all.

• Kevin Lund is the third-generation President of Lund Construction, a family-owned Northern California heavy civil and infrastructure contractor founded in 1958. He began his career working summers alongside Lund’s field crews before joining the company full-time in 1994. Over more than four decades, he has worked across nearly every part of the business, including field operations, safety, finance, business development, and executive management, giving him a ground-level understanding of how successful projects are built.
• Under Kevin’s leadership, Lund has grown from a traditional family contractor into a larger, more specialized enterprise of approximately 240 employees. The company has secured roles on some of the region’s most significant projects, including infrastructure for the new Sacramento Republic FC stadium, federal and aviation work alongside Walsh Construction, and the Ophir Water Treatment Plant. Kevin has positioned Lund for this growth by strengthening its management team, investing in equipment and technology, and developing a workforce capable of delivering increasingly complex work.

• Curtis Wills is the Founder and CEO of EcoGuard Pest Management, a family-owned pest management company headquartered in El Dorado Hills, California. His journey into pest control began with an unlikely suggestion from a friend and a desire to trade life on the road for more time with his family. With no industry experience, Curtis recognized an opportunity to bring entrepreneurial thinking, technology, and a customer-first mentality to an established industry. Founded in 2011 with limited resources and built through grassroots sales and community outreach, EcoGuard has grown into one of the nation's larger independently owned pest management companies, serving customers across 12 markets in multiple states.
• Under Curtis's leadership, EcoGuard has achieved exceptional growth, increasing annual revenue from $19 million in 2023 to a projected $45 million in 2026. Ranked among the 40 largest pest management companies in the United States, EcoGuard has expanded primarily through organic growth while remaining independently owned. Curtis has distinguished the company through early technology adoption, investment in automation and AI, and a service model that emphasizes personable technicians, strong customer retention, and environmentally responsible pest management.

• Steven Harrison is founder and CEO of Zero Link Markets (ZLM), the company behind Vinoshipper. Since 2006, Vinoshipper has powered direct-to-consumer and wholesale sales for more than 3,000 alcohol producers, brand owners, and retailers of all sizes, with e-commerce, point of sale, club management, tax reporting, and CRM. Its compliance team also handles state shipping licenses, filings, renewals, and label registrations, so producers can sell and ship without the paperwork.

• Michael “Mike” McDonnell is the founder and CEO of PCC Logistics, a West Coast company providing warehousing, transportation, distribution, and specialized cargo services. Since founding PCC in 1988, Mike has helped grow the business through hands-on leadership, long-standing customer relationships, and investment in its people and capabilities. His experience includes working directly in warehouse and transportation operations, shaping his commitment to supporting employees and doing right by customers. Mike credits PCC’s success to its team, many of whom have been with the company for decades.
