Brendon specializes in representing building owners and tenants in the downtown San Francisco area with their commercial office needs, working in partnership with Jim Sobel.  

Since joining Colliers International in 2010, Brendon has worked on and completed over 400  lease transactions for approximately 3,000,000 square feet, and worked on the successful client acquisitions or dispositions of more than $300 million in investment property since 2012.

Brendon was awarded Rookie of the Year for Commercial Real Estate Brokerage in  San Francisco  in his first full year as an agent, referenced in the San Francisco Business Times and The Registry for work related to the leasing of One Kearny Street, 747 Front Street, and the Jackson Square neighborhood.

In his free time, Brendon enjoys outdoor excercise, golf, rooting on the many Bay Area sports franchises, and traveling with his wife and two children to see the world from their home base in Alamo, CA.
