Thomas Oberlechner is CEO & Chief Science Officer of BehaviorQuant, a behavioral financial technology company that improves financial decisions radically by quantifying behavioral aspects of decision makers. Based on his deep expertise in behavioral finance, decision-making, and psychology, he develops innovative financial technology that informs investment decisions and financial advice with novel data.

Additionally, Thomas is Founder and Partner of FinPsy, a San Francisco based consultancy that provides behavioral and psychological expertise to financial and investment decision-makers. He supports professionals and companies interested in integrating newest behavioral knowledge into their decisions, products, and systems. His clients benefit from his vast knowledge about psychology, human behavior, and decisions, which he combines with extensive professional experience working with financial decision makers and within the financial technology space. 

Brian Elbogen is the Managing Director of Systematic at CircleUp, which uses data-driven techniques to invest in emerging consumer companies. Prior to joining CircleUp, Brian was the Chief Strategy Officer at Unison, where he built and led multiple teams in product, sales, and strategy - helping the company grow from 10 to 150 employees. Brian also worked at Two Sigma Investments, where he managed new business and product development initiatives and as a management consultant at Oliver Wyman in the firm’s Financial Services practice. He received his B.S.E. in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University.

Dr. Jasik is a board-certified Clinical Informatics physician with experience in both hospital-based technology innovation and creating digital solutions for health behavior change. At Omada Health she directs the clinical and research teams to create and test the next generation of chronic disease programming. In the past year, she has lead the launch of expanded programming in diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and mental health. Prior to joining Omada she worked at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) where she directed the implementation of the Epic electronic health record, integrated digital health programming into clinical practice, and conducted clinical trials on health technology. She completed her undergraduate degree in public policy at Princeton University, MD at the University of Chicago, and her research training at UCSF. Dr. Jasik continues to practice at UCSF where she is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics.
