The CDO Roundtable Series presents
The Making of an Effective Corporate Development Office

What are the mission and methods of today’s effective Corporate Development Office? What threats and opportunities does it address? What KPIs track its success and how does it achieve them? What obstacles get in the way and how do CDOs and in-house M&A executives overcome them?

Join another CDO Roundtable as panelists from Bosch, ARM and Netskope debate answers to these questions in an informal environment at Baker Botts’ offices in Palo Alto. Your moderator is Ryan Kuhn, mid-market transaction advisor at Kuhn Capital and HBS MBA. Refreshments served before and after Q&A!

ACG CDO Roundtable events are free to invited Bay Area CDOs (corporate development officers) or corporate M&A executives. This particular Roundtable is also open to the first 10 ACG Members to register for the modest fee of $35.

When: January 22, 2020 |  5:30pm-7:30pm
Where: Baker Botts LLP - 1001 Page Mill Rd Building One, Suite 200, Palo Alto, CA 94304
Cost: As above, CDO Roundtable members attend at no cost and the first 10 ACG members to register pay only $35. But if you don’t meet these criteria, we will cancel your registration and refund any fees paid.

About CDO Roundtable Membership:
CDO Roundtable members are active Bay Area corporate development officers or strategic buyers. We meet quarterly and come prepared to contribute to the featured topic. As a group we have closed billions of dollars in deals so we all benefit when we share our thoughts and experiences. If you’d like to learn more about the CDO Roundtable group or discuss eligibility, contact Ryan Kuhn at rkuhn@kuhncap.com
