Event: The CDO Roundtable Series: How to Find and Close the Right Acquisition Target
Attendees: Roundtables are invitation-only events for active Bay Area corporate development officers (CDOs) or strategic buyers.

Cost: No charge, but you will be limited to attending two (2) Roundtables before ACG membership is required

Want to increase the quality and quantity of your deal flow? When you do find an attractive target, how can you raise the odds of nabbing it (outside of overspending)? 
 
Join us for another lively group discussion on a topic of vital interest to corporate M&A officers, where we’ll debate some of the factors important to M&A success like:    
  • The strategic rationale and clarity of your acquisition criteria
  • The speed and transparency of your M&A process
  • Understanding the motives and concerns of target board members, their management team, and advisors
  • Creating a deal structure that satisfies both parties’ objectives
  • Any other factors that Roundtable members suggest are important
About Roundtable Membership:
A key requirement of Roundtable membership is coming prepared to contribute to the featured topic. Since most of us have closed multiple deals, we all benefit when we share our thoughts and experiences with other members.
 
As before, this CDO event is organized by Christina Bui of Kranz & Associates; moderated by investment banker Ryan Kuhn of Kuhn Capital; and hosted by Baker Botts LLP and Intralinks.
