Navigating constant change and the impending financial impact of COVID-19 requires a pivot in communications and marketing. How will you communicate with stakeholders to ensure you retain employees, customers, and vendors when this is over? What should you tell directors and shareholders about your efforts to protect and propel your organization and brand?

Now is the time to cement stakeholder relationships and engender trust and loyalty rather than sit back and watch as competitors lead.

In this webinar, you will learn:

  • Why discovery is the backbone of your crisis response
  • How to plan for what’s next to get out front of the crisis
  • To create effective messages and adhere to crisis do’s and don’ts
  • What others are doing – what works and what doesn’t
  • The compassionate creativity that organizations are implementing that is already changing our world for the better.

Webinar attendees will understand the benefits of a successful crisis communications response, identify potential impacts far into the future and get customized insights through an open Q&A.

A complimentary download will be provided for a crisis communications plan outline to jump start your program.
