For too long, we have found ourselves in a cycle of preserving the status quo, which unfortunately relegates diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts to human resources instead of actions to effect the necessary change. The reasons may include the desire to avoid conversations that feel uncomfortable or controversial. Very few understand the problem and what steps they can take to be effective allies with marginalized groups. Join us as we discuss and open dialogue examining what it means to Be an Ally as it relates to our M&A interactions and community.
