Eddy Dominguez, SHRM-SCP, CBI, M&AMI

Eddy is a proud member of the executive management team at Global Elements Services where he serves as the Senior Business Development Director of Venture Global – our signature solution for companies on the cutting edge of supporting new businesses. Eddy supports venture capital funds, private equity firms, and organizations involved in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures by delivering the first holistic solution developed with the unique needs of VC and PE firms in mind. Venture Global combines Elements’ best-in- class direct global Employer of Record (EOR) service with specialized expertise in human capital management, entity management, acquisition, M&A, investment, and finance to help clients navigate and execute corporate transactions and grow their portfolio companies.

During his M&A career, Eddy prospered as a certified and licensed broker with over 10 years of experience successfully closing deals up to $200MM in value, including enterprise appraisals and due diligence oversight. Eddy also worked on the corporate development team at VR Global Headquarters as the Director of Business Development in charge of domestic and international franchise growth, client support, and international M&A, including several consulting assignments overseas. Eddy has earned the professional designations of Senior Certified Professional in Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP), Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), and Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI). Eddy also earned a masters certificate in Business from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

During his free time, Eddy enjoys traveling, playing club sports, and spending time with his family in the great outdoors. He also sits on the boards of several community associations and non-profit organizations. Eddy currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Latino Leadership, VP of Diversity and Executive Board Member of the Boy Scouts of America, Board Member of the Advent Health Cancer Foundation Board, President of the Harvard Club of Central Florida, and Founding Board Member of the Santiago & Friends Family Center for Autism.
