PARKING

Complimentary event parking is available in the hotel parking garage.
Overnight parking is available for hotel guests at a discounted rate of $12/night.

Valet is available at your expense.

MEALS

Lunch is not provided.  Refreshments, including drinks and snacks, will be available during DealSource from 1:00-5:00 p.m.  Heavy hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served during the Craft Beer & Spirits Tasting.

The Ritz offers dining in the Lobby Lounge and Casa Don Alfonso restaurant.

A downloadable version of the Attendee List is available in the scheduling software under the Attendees tab.

SCHEDULING SOFTWARE
The deadline to request meetings at DealSource is 1/17 at 5:00 p.m. CST.  The scheduling software will be available throughout the event to access your schedule and view the attendee list.  You meeting schedule will be printed on the back of your badge for easy access.

CANCELLATIONS
The deadline to cancel for a refund was 1/5/24.  Only transfers are available at this time.  If you would like to transfer your registration, please e-mail me with the attendee’s first and last name, e-mail address, company name, and title.

POST EVENT ACTIVITIES
On Thursday evening, the Lobby Lounge at the Ritz will be serving food until 12:00 a.m. and the bar will be open until 1:00 a.m.  You can view the menu here.
