Serge Jorgensen is chief technology officer, president, and a founding partner of Sylint Group, Inc. where he provides strategic guidance and active oversight in the areas of computer security, counter cyber-warfare, security architecture, eDiscovery, and incident response.  Sylint is comprised of ex-intelligence agency, military, law enforcement and industry experts, and accredited by the NSA for incident response and by the Card Brands as a Payment Card Forensic Investigator. As such, Mr. Jorgensen and his team routinely responds to nation-state and organized crime attacks against critical infrastructure, defense industrial base, manufacturing, aviation, insurance industry, and healthcare environments.

Mr. Jorgensen has patented engineering and math-related solutions for proprietary secure, low-bandwidth data transmission techniques and methodologies. He is a nationally recognized speaker on cyber security, actively participating in the Sedona Conference, American Bar Association, and RSA Conference. Alok Sharma is the CEO & President of TruU, a company providing leading edge enterprise cybersecurity solutions enabling Continuous Authentication, Password less login with Application Federation and convergence of Physical & Digital security. Till February 2022, Alok Sharma was the Global Head of the Enterprise Cloud division at Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC). Prior to Ericsson, Alok was the Chief Executive Officer of StratusWorX, a company providing Infrastructure, Software, Security, Disaster Recovery and Backup, all as-a-Service, to large Enterprises and SMB customers. StratusWorX was acquired by Ericsson in July 2020. Earlier, Alok was Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Alliances, at Harris-Stratex, Microwave Division of Harris Corporation (NYSE: HRS), where he was responsible for leading corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, as well as the development of key strategic relationships for the company. Beginning in June 2004, Alok was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Telsima Corporation, a global provider of 4th Generation (4G) broadband wireless solutions, until it was acquired by Harris-Stratex in February 2009. Prior to Telsima, Alok was Vice President and General Manager of the Worldwide Cable Business at Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR). Before Juniper Networks, Alok was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Broadband Communications which was acquired by Juniper Networks in December 2001. In his role as a Founding entrepreneur, Alok built and led global teams across US, France, Slovenia and India. Prior to that, Alok held senior management and technical positions at Hewlett Packard, Amdahl (acquired by Fujitsu), Integrated Device Technology (acquired by Renesas Electronics) and Siara Systems, a metro routing company acquired by Redback-Ericsson. Alok received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, holds 11 patents and has authored several articles in leading academic and trade publications. Alok currently serves on the Board of Sequans (NYSE: SQNS) and two Nonprofit boards.
