Douglas Sorantino, originally from South Jersey, relocated to Florida in 2016 with spouse Carmen to pursue new opportunities and a warmer lifestyle. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western Governors University, a foundation that has shaped a career focused on operational excellence and financial stewardship.

Douglas joined Commercial Residential Aluminum (CRA) in December 2017 as District Manager, quickly earning recognition for leadership and strategic vision. In 2019, Douglas was promoted to Vice President, and by 2023, advanced to President, guiding CRA through significant growth and diversification in aluminum fabrication and installation services.

Following CRA’s acquisition by Garden City Equity in July 2025, Douglas was appointed CEO of HoldCo – CRA, where Douglas now leads the organization through its next phase of expansion and innovation. With a strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and team development, Douglas continues to position CRA as a premier provider of aluminum solutions across Florida and beyond.

Vice President

Luke Horanski serves as a Vice President at Hyde Park Capital, where he helps lead business services and industrials coverage for the firm’s mergers & acquisitions, private capital raising, and corporate finance efforts. Mr. Horanski holds a B.A. in Economics from Virginia Tech, where he was a member and team captain of the baseball team. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maine and the Series 79 securities license for Investment Banking Registered Representatives.

Nick is a business lawyer with more than a decade of experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, fund formation, and taxation.

Nick's mergers and acquisitions experience includes representing corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies on domestic and cross-border sale and acquisition transactions, joint ventures, mergers, growth equity investments, and reorganizations ranging in transaction value from $1 million to more than $300 million.

Nick also has extensive experience working with companies across all stages of growth, as well as independent sponsors and venture capital and private equity funds, in connection with capital raising, fund formation, portfolio company acquisitions and co-investments, securities law compliance, and other regulatory matters (including compliance with the Investment Company Act and the Investment Advisers Act). Additionally, Nick has counseled institutional investors, including state pension funds, in connection with the drafting and negotiation of private equity investments involving capital commitments ranging from $50 million to $1 billion.
