Joe Anto is a Managing Director in PCE’s investment banking group. With more than 20 years of finance, M&A, and C-level experience in various industries, he is well-equipped to advise middle market clients on potential M&A and financing opportunities.

Throughout his career, Joe has executed more than $3.5 billion in M&A and financing transactions across a variety of sectors. As a former business owner and C-suite executive, Joe understands the challenges clients face when evaluating strategic transactions.

Prior to joining PCE, Joe was CEO and CFO for a publicly-traded retail and pharmacy chain with 550+ stores and $2 billion+ in revenue. Joe also served as SVP of M&A and Investments for one of the largest newspaper holding companies in the U.S. Earlier in his career, Joe served as Director of Investments for a distressed and special situations hedge fund and also worked in venture capital and investment banking.

Kristen is a Senior Vice President on the Deal Origination and Sourcing team at Mangrove Equity Partners. With a tenure that began in 2007, Kristen has played a pivotal role in building out many of the processes, systems, strategies and tools that contribute to our team’s effectiveness. Kristen’s primary focus today at Mangrove is originating investment opportunities and qualifying acquisition candidates.

Before joining Mangrove, Kristen started her career in the financial industry with the private banking group at Brown Brothers Harriman in the Charlotte, NC office. Kristen is a proud alumna of the University of Central Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Kyle leads the firm’s business development efforts. He is primarily responsible for identifying investment opportunities, including initial financial, operating, and competitive analysis of businesses. He is a member of the KLH Investment Committee and serves on the board of directors for BMI Merchandise. Prior to joining KLH, Kyle was involved in a variety of brokerage-related capacities within the wealth management and insurance industry. An active member of the industry, he serves on the board of directors for the ACG Tampa Bay chapter, served on the board of directors of the M&A Source, and was previously the chairman of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA). Kyle graduated from the University of Tampa’s John H. Sykes College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Mr. Trisiripisal led the build out of an opportunistic credit platform focusing on a mix of high yield credit and private credit lending businesses for Capital One (2017-2025).  Managing $5BN of AUM, he led the credit research, underwriting/origination, and portfolio management for multiple businesses (Direct Lending, Middle-Market/Sponsor Finance, Digital Infrastructure/ Real Estate, and Asset Finance). He has experience in Special Situations/Distressed/Opportunistic Credit investing for the past twenty-five years.

Previously he was a Managing Partner and Sr. Portfolio Manager at Tiburon Capital Management LLC (2009-2017) Credit Funds with day-to- day management of High Yield Credit, Long/Short Equity, and Distressed Debt.  Prior to Tiburon, Mr. Trisiripisal was a Portfolio Manager with Fortress Investment Group (2004-2009) and was part of the original 15-person investment team started by Pete Briger for the Drawbridge Special Opportunities Fund.  Mr. Trisiripisal began his career at Goldman Sachs and Citigroup, focusing on Equity Research and Leveraged Finance.

He has a BA with Distinction from Cornell University.
