Daniel is Vice President – Investments and PIM Portfolio Manager who joined the Forbes Gilham Group of Wells Fargo Advisors in March of 2012. He focuses on planning strategies for business owners and high-net-worth individuals. 

Some facts about Daniel:

• Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® (CRPC®) .This includes intensive education in; estate planning, income taxes, long term care, employer sponsored plans, deferred compensation, asset management, and investment strategy.

• 9 years as an executive with AOL, leading the company into new markets. Responsible for managing teams on the ground in India, Argentina, Philippines, South Africa, Mexico, Israel and Washington, DC. Managed executive training and leadership development for AOL leaders, leaning on experience from managing projects around the globe.

• Has degrees in Business, Computational Sciences and Systems Engineering as well as a Certificate of Financial Planning from the University of Miami.

• Serves as President of Economic Roundtable of Jacksonville, is a graduate of Leadership Jacksonville (2010), a United Way Stein Fellow, and is a member of University of North Florida's Economics Advisory Council.

• Summited Mount Rainier with a team of 8 to raise funds for Tiny Hope Children's Home.

He is also a Certified Compensation Professional and is certified in Talent Optimization. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida, and a M.S. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore, and is active in civic, educational and charitable activities.

Ian is primarily responsible for evaluating and executing investment transactions as well as managing portfolio companies. Ian brings over nine years of relevant experience including board-level responsibilities at Mr. Greens (current), Tranzonic, Global Claims Services, Painters Supply, and TSS. Prior to Shoreline, Ian was with PNC Riverarch Capital, a middle market private equity firm. Before joining PNC Riverarch, Ian was an investment banking analyst at Raymond James working on various transactions in the communication and technology-enabled services industries. Ian holds a B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida, a M.S. in Finance from the University of Tampa, and is a CFA charterholder.

Whitney is known for delivering high-value service to her clients through her unique understanding of the intersection of law, operations, sales, and strategy. She has served as General Counsel to a high-growth company with private equity investment, guiding the organization through the legal and operational aspects of multiple mergers, acquisitions, and resulting integrations while providing legal and strategic counsel regarding the company’s operations. Whitney has also held an executive-level role with responsibility for operational and commercial strategy focused on bringing increased value to the company and its customers through innovation and improved performance. She began her career practicing labor and employment law and general litigation with a well-respected Jacksonville firm.

Whitney is currently serving as an advisor to a growing business through the Athena PowerLink program, served for several years as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Rethreaded, Inc., and also served on the Board of Directors for Mission Air, Inc. Whitney is an alumna of Leadership Jacksonville’s 2012 class. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor, with high honors, from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Florida Law Review. She is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent® peer-rated attorney, and a member in good standing of the Florida Bar.

Beyond accredited coursework, Whitney is continually working to hone her professional skills. Case in point: Whitney is a graduate of Seth Godin’s altMBA, and in September 2019 earned a certificate through the Venture Capital University program (a collaboration between the National Venture Capital Association and UC Berkeley Law).
