What is ACG San Diego?

Founded in 1985, the San Diego Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth is where executives, investors, lenders, capital providers, business owners, and professionals come together to network and learn. ACG San Diego lays the foundation for many business deals and transactions while promoting the professional interests of its members through monthly breakfasts, special events, happy hours and other networking events. With an international membership of more than 15,000, joining ACG allows for immediate access to a local community with global reach.

Who attends ACG San Diego Capital Conference?

Members & Non-Members: private equity investors, investment bankers, attorneys, accountants, commercial bankers, non-bank lenders, valuation professionals, corporate development officers, family offices, business owners, C-levels, and other advisors and service providers focused on middle-market mergers and acquisitions.

 

What is ACG Capital Connection®?

Open to all attendees, ACG Capital Connection® has been designed to showcase SD’s top private equity and investment banking firms, in a trade-show style format for an evening of dynamic networking that allows attendees to meet the people and firms who truly drive dealmaking in the region.

 

What is DealSource®?

DealSource® is an afternoon of 1:1 meetings between investment bankers and buyers, who can schedule these meetings in advance through the DealSource® Portal, provided mid December.

 

Who participates in DealSource®?

Qualified Investment Banks ONLY may Host Tables at DealSource.  

DealSource is for investment bankers and private equity investors ONLY, with a few exceptions including qualified family office representatives, corporate development officers and non-bank lenders.  If you fit those qualifications, you can APPLY to attend DealSource  (for an additional fee) during the general conference registration process.

 

How do DealSource® participants schedule meetings?

DealSource® Table Hosts and qualified participants schedule meetings via the DealSource® Portal (online or via a mobile app).  Scheduling opens mid December 2019.  Qualified Participants will receive login/welcome emails on that date to access the DealSource Portal.  Learn more here.

 

Is a Conference Group room block available?

Yes!  A special group rate has been secured at the Omni for a limited number of rooms. Learn more here.

 

Is an attendee list available?  

  • All registered participants will be able to view the Attendee List on the Conference Portal. Available by January 2020.
  • Registered DealSource® participants will be able to view and schedule their appointments through the DealSource® Tool, which will be available in mid-December 2019.
  • ACG Capital Connection® Exhibitors may receive the attendee list one week prior to the event.

What is the cancellation policy?

Conference Cancellation (Individuals): up to 1 week prior, February 6; then no further cancellations.

DealSource and Capital Connection registration deadline is January 13; no cancellations after January 13.
