ALL CONFERENCE REGISTRANTS:

REGISTRATION/CHECK-IN: 9am to 6pm - Ballroom Foyer, Level 4

  • First stop: check-in and pickup your name badge.  
  • (Registration desk will relocate at 6pm to the Capital Connection® Reception – Palm Terrace, Level 6)

CONFERENCE PORTAL:

  • Use our CC2020 Conference Portal to view our day’s event details and connect with other attendees onsite, as well as download the attendee list. Be sure to log into set up your profile asap.  Once registered for CC2020, you will receive an email with a personalized link to log in and create your profile; once set up you can access the portal on your cell or computer via this address: https://acgsd.gatewaylogic.com/

DEAL LOUNGE:  9am to 6pm – Ballroom Foyer, Level 4

  • Informal seating will be available to allow attendees to meet with each other throughout the day.  Come enjoy our hosted coffee service, refreshment break and shoeshines! All CC2020 registrants are welcome in the Deal Lounge starting at 9am.

AFTER PARTY POST-CAP CON RECEPTION: 8:30pm to 10:30pm – Sail Terrace, Level 6 (OUTSIDE) 

  • Last call for Deal Makers! Linger a little longer as our first Capital Conference winds down to the end of a fruitful, fortuitous day.  Sponsored by Objective Capital Partners and BB&K Law.  Open to all registered CC2020 attendees.  *OUTSIDE EVENT - Dress Accordingly.

WOMEN’S CONNECTION RECEPTION: 11am to 12pm – Gaslamp 1, Level 4

  • All “Women of ACG” (member & non-member women registered for CC2020) are invited to join us for a complimentary informal opportunity to network and meet some incredible women prior to the CC2020 afternoon sessions. CAPITAL CONNECTION® RECEPTION: 6pm to 8:30pm – Palm & Sail Terraces, Level 6 (OUTSIDE)

  • Come meet our Private Equity Exhibitors and cap off your day with great conversations, and tasty food and drink.  (Outside: Dress accordingly.)  Open to all registered CC2020 attendees - you must be registered for the conference to attend this reception.

ACG San Diego POWER HOUR: 4:30pm to 6:30pm – West Coast Social Bar/Restaurant, Level 1

  •  ACG San Diego buys our Members' first happy hour drink!  An informal drop-in networking event for ACG members, non-members and especially registrants of CC2020!  Come meet and network with San Diego Deal Makers in the Middle Market space—at Omni’s fun, new bar to help us kick off our inaugural Capital Conference 2020!
  • Members & Non-Members Welcome! No registration required, no host bar. 

 

HOTEL ROOMS: some rooms are still available at special CC2020 group rates.  

PARKING: Omni offers valet parking at your own expense, or there are other self-park garages nearby.

CAPITAL CONNECTION ®- PRIVATE EQUITY TABLE EXHIBITOR INSTRUCTION:

  • 6pm to 8:30pm – Terrace & Sail Deck, Level 6 (OUTSIDE)
  • Meet & greet our Conference Attendees as they visit your firm’s table, and cap off your day with great conversations, and tasty food and drink. Open to all registered CC2020 attendees.
  • PE Exhibitor Check In:  5pm to setup any collateral, own table linen, etc.  Sorry NO Banners Outside on Deck. Ready by 6pm.
  • Included: 6’ table with ivory linen, company logo sign
  • PE Exhibitors are requested to host their display tables during the reception while attendees flow
  • Outside: Dress accordingly.

 
DEALSOURCE ® IB TABLE HOST INSTRUCTION:

  • 3pm to 6pm – West Coast Social Restaurant, Mezzanine Level 2 
  • Over 200 appointments have been scheduled during these (8) 20 minute sessions from 3:20pm-6pm.
  • View your Appointments on the DealSource/Conference Portal & printed on back of your namebadge.
  • IB Table Host Check In: 1pm-1:45pm (prior to General Session).
  • Table assignments will be provided.  Be ready to begin at your table by 315pm please.
  • Each IB firm has been assigned One Table; those with two representatives may overflow as needed to some unassigned tables just below on Level 1, based on availability.
  • Logo sign provided on each company’s table. You may bring collateral; sorry NO Banners or own Linens in this venue.
  • Only IB & PE Participants Registered Exclusively for DealSource® may attend this DealSource ® session.
  • A cash bar on Level 1 will be available for optional purchases hosted by participating table hosts.
