In an abundance of caution, we are now requiring all attendees of ACG San Diego’s Capital Conference to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of the event (February 23-24).

ALL ATTENDEES WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A WAIVER AT THE CHECK-IN DESK, AS A CONDITION OF ENTRY, INDICATING THAT THEY ARE: (1) ASYMPTOMATIC, (2) ATTENDING AT THEIR OWN RISK, (3) VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS), AND (4) HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND HOLD ACG SAN DIEGO AND ACG HARMLESS FROM ANY ILLNESS, INJURY OR DAMAGES INCURRED BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THIS EVENT.

Currently in California, masks are required of all attendees unless eating or drinking.   Food and beverage will be available throughout the conference.

If you are feeling unwell within 24 hours of the event, we request you do not attend and please contact acgsandiego@acg.org.

ACG San Diego will continue to monitor all relevant health and safety updates/requirements of local and national authorities and reserves the right to adjust our attendance requirements as necessary.

Attendee Cancellation and Non-Attendance:

ACG San Diego must receive all cancellations in writing via email at acgsandiego@acg.org.

Cancellations received on or before January 23, 2022 will be refunded in full. No refunds will be granted after that time.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions within organizations may be arranged as long as ACG San Diego is notified in writing via email in advance of the Conference. No substitutions may be made with an Attendee from another company and under no circumstances can an Attendee registration be shared.

Force Majeure

If for any reason beyond ACG San Diego’s reasonable control it is impossible to run a Conference, ACG San Diego will as a first choice look to reschedule the Conference.  Attendees registered for the Conference have the option to either wait to attend the Conference at the rescheduled time (ACG San Diego to retain the Attendee payment if already made) or have the payment credited to the next annual ACG San Diego Capital Conference.

Acceptance of Registration

ACG San Diego reserves the right to decline a registration for a Conference for any reason at any time up to and including the first day of the Conference. ACG San Diego will refund any payment in full relating to any such registration that ACG San Diego chooses to decline within 30 days of notifying the Attendee of this decision.

As the world returns to travel, Hilton continues to make the health and safety of our guests and team members a top priority. The Hilton CleanStay program delivers an industry-defining standard of cleanliness across Hilton’s family of brands globally to give our guests peace of mind from check-in to check-out.

As guests continue to travel, Hilton CleanStay will be adapted around the world to reflect local guidelines and best practices.  Additional key elements of Hilton CleanStay include:

Guest Rooms

In addition to Hilton’s existing protocols, with Hilton CleanStay, guest room cleaning prior to check-in includes a special focus on high touch areas, including light switches, door handles and remotes.

Public Areas

Hilton’s hotels provide an increased frequency of cleaning in public spaces including disinfecting high touch areas, including elevator buttons and common area restrooms. Guests will have access to hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes in hotel lobbies and throughout the hotel. Hilton’s staff are presently wearing masks in accordance with current California mask mandate.

Housekeeping

Guests at any of Hilton’s 18 brands have the opportunity to tailor their housekeeping experience to their individual comfort level. In the U.S., most Hilton properties are implementing a flexible housekeeping policy, with full deep cleanings prior to check-in and daily housekeeping services available upon request.

Contactless Arrival (for Guest Rooms)
