Fall 2017 Course

Strategic Acquisitions

Designed to offer depth and discussion similar to an upper-level MBA class, this interactive course will provide a beginning-to-end view of strategic acquisitions.  Experienced business leaders from West Michigan and Chicago will facilitate discussions to help you think more deeply about the life cycle of a deal.  How do you find an acquisition target?  What is an LOI? How can a service provider best serve their client throughout this undertaking?  How do you ensure a deal is successful? As both speakers and Class Participants share their experience at each stage of a deal, you will develop a broader understanding of how each step in the process contributes to the overall outcome of an acquisition.
