Membership Categories

When joining or renewing, you’ll be asked to select the membership category that best represents your organization.

Advisors

Professionals who provide services to growing companies and investors, including attorneys, accountants, consultants, valuation professionals, executive recruiters, and other trusted advisors.

Capital Providers

Private equity firms, family offices, venture capital firms, mezzanine lenders, SBICs, and other investment professionals focused on acquiring and growing businesses.

Corporate

Executives responsible for growing operating companies through organic growth, acquisitions, strategic planning, product development, or corporate development.

Intermediaries

Investment bankers, business brokers, and financing professionals who facilitate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raises.

Community

Professionals who support the middle-market business community but do not fall into the categories above.

Other

Individuals whose role does not align with another membership category.
