A licensed architect and former Denver planning director, Brad brings deep experience in development, agriculture, and organizational leadership. He and his family also operate Flying B Bar Ranch in Strasburg, Colorado, where they raise grass-fed cattle.

Allan Singer is a seasoned media executive and consultant with decades of experience shaping the evolution of content distribution and sports rights in the U.S. media landscape. As former Senior Vice President of Programming at Charter Communications and Executive Vice President of Distribution and Strategy at the Oprah Winfrey Network, Singer has led major network launches, complex rights negotiations, and transformative media partnerships. Today, through his consulting work and role with the YES Network, he continues to advise top sports leagues and media companies on strategy, distribution, and the future of digital content delivery.

Steve Smith serves as President of Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE), where he drives the company’s media and content strategy across an evolving global landscape. Formerly Executive Vice President of Content Distribution and Marketing, Smith has been instrumental in shaping KSE’s approach to content partnerships, technology integration, and audience engagement. His forward-thinking leadership continues to position KSE Media Ventures at the forefront of innovation in sports and entertainment.

Guiselle Torres, General Council for Denver Summit FC, has over 15 years of experience in the sports industry. Her expertise lies in the commercial sphere, where she navigates the complexities of media, marketing, sponsorship, and licensing. Guiselle strives to deliver creative legal solutions that align with my organization's goals. She excels at transforming challenges into successful outcomes and devising solutions that drive our business forward.

Steven Smith is the managing partner of the BCLP Colorado Springs office. His practice focuses on sports law, including naming rights, sponsorships, licensing agreements, stadium operations, television and media contracts, and representing leagues and National Governing Bodies. Mr. Smith has been recognized as a "Leader in His Field" for Sports Law by Chambers USA since 2011.
