Developing the Next Generation of Leaders in Professional Services

The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Leadership 20 program brings together the best emerging leaders of Colorado’s professional service firms. Through a series of seven sessions, L20 equips participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead project teams and organizational units to higher levels of performance. The sessions are interactive, fun, and practice-based. Participants will be able to immediately apply what they learn to everyday situations.

In addition to providing a solid foundation in leadership skills, L20 facilitates the development of ongoing business relationships. Now in its 11th year, the L20 alumni community includes some of the most prominent practitioners in Colorado’s professional services community and many of ACG Denver’s current and past Board members.

Candidate Eligibility

  • A minimum of eight years experience in professional services.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and on-track to assume additional leadership responsibilities
  • Committed to learning and applying ideas through full participation in all sessions
  • Their firm's awareness and support of involvement.

Nomination
Prospective participants in the ACG Denver Leadership 20 program may:

  • Nominate themselves by completing the online application
  • Be nominated by Leadership 20 alumni
  • Be nominated by a supervisor within their firm
