Join ACG Denver’s Young Professionals for our annual Rising Stars celebration — an evening dedicated to recognizing and connecting emerging talent driving growth across Colorado's business community.

This event highlights rising leaders from private capital, advisory, and growth-focused companies who are making an early impact and shaping the future.

Shanna Weber

Leadership Coach & Generational Workplace Strategist

Shanna Weber is an award-winning leadership coach and workplace strategist with over 20
years of experience studying and applying generational research to the modern workplace. She
is the founder of Prima Consulting, where she helps organizations and leaders across industries
navigate generational dynamics to build inclusive, engaged, and high-performing teams.


Her approach blends academic insight with real-world experience from her 20+ year career in
finance and leadership, including senior roles at Charles Schwab, Janus Henderson, and Voya
Financial. Known for her dynamic facilitation, research-backed insights, and deeply human
approach, Shanna is a sought-after speaker on multigenerational collaboration, leadership
development, and strategic workplace transformation.


Shanna earned her Executive MBA from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Business, and
holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Management from Arizona State University. Her
executive education includes programs from the Yale School of Management and the Wharton
School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach and
Hogan Assessment certified. Her work has been recognized by the Top 100 Registry as
Colorado’s Executive Coach of the Year (2025) and Woman of the Year (2024), and she’s a
recipient of the Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award in Coaching.
