Join us for our third CDO Roundtable of 2021! As always, the goal of this series is to create a peer-to-peer exchange among a small group of Corporate Development Officers. You will share knowledge and ideas in an effort to learn from one another and deepen relationships within your community.  This month's event is hosted by Insperity.

This month, Rebecca Stewart, District Manager with Insperity will lead a presentation on:  "Don’t Sleep on Culture: How People Strategy Should Be at the Center of the Diligence Process".  Rebecca’s management and consulting services expand over 20 years in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. Joining Insperity in 2007, she consults America’s best small to medium-sized businesses on reducing liabilities and establishing a systematic approach to improving productivity.  

Topics will include:  

 1. Integration risk management Plan: define and monetize HR risk and threats to a successful execution of the deal; strategize on corrective action as risks and threats surface, 

2. Culture Integration Plan: define desired merged culture; strategize and execute a cohesive integration plan. How to Use HR analytics to set and monitor goals. 

3. Retention Plan: define and monetize a successful retention plan with clear objectives and goals; use KPI’s to monitor progress and be prepared to adjust quickly. How to use HR analytics to set and monitor goals.
