Mr. Eisinger is CEO of Stronghill Capital. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Janus Capital, managing $5 billion. John has 20 years of experience operating, analyzing and investing in a wide range of businesses. Prior to joining Janus Capital in 2003, he was an Equity Analyst for five years. John received his bachelor of science degree in Finance from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Marc Rosenberg is a Senior Relationship Manager in the Global Commercial Banking (GCB) group for Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) in the Colorado market.  In this role, he is focused on helping companies with annual revenues between $50 million and $2 billion by delivering the full suite of financial services including capital raises, treasury, risk management, investment banking, credit, international and employee benefits.   He prides himself on developing deep relationships with his clients and leveraging the power of BAML to deliver best in class products, service and advice.

Keith Sambur is a partner in Holland & Knight LLP’s Denver office who focuses on representing sponsors, private equity firms, hedge funds, non-bank lenders, investment banks, and commercial banks, in lending transactions.  Mr. Sambur brings a multidisciplinary approach when representing clients in financial transactions and has experience across industry sectors and lending structures, including acquisition financings, asset-based financings, dividend recapitalizations, working capital lines of credit, margin lending, and private placements. In addition, Mr. Sambur has deep knowledge and experience in the field of corporate restructuring, having advised lenders and borrowers in financial restructurings and workouts.  He is well-versed in advising on strategic investments and the acquisition of "control positions" in troubled or highly leveraged companies. Mr. Sambur also has represented clients in complex intercreditor disputes and creditor rights' litigation. This multifaceted background allows Mr. Sambur to blend techniques and disciplines to create value and opportunity for clients.
