You must be a CXO of an operating company (minimum of $5 million in revenue) to attend.  If you are not an operating company CXO, you must be an ACG member and bring a CXO as your guest. 

The program will focus on overall corporate strategies to mitigate challenges and risks caused by inflation and volatility.   Topics may include employee compensation and retention, vendor pricing, supply chain challenges, resource constraints, cash flow management, and more.

Terry is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at RK Industries.  As the COO & CFO of a Private Equity owned business, worked hand-in-hand with the CEO to increase sales by 50% and double EBITDA. Extremely successful exit whereby the Private Equity firm earned a 3X return on their investment in 4 years.  Terri played a key role in turning around a financially struggling company (Orange Glo --- originator of Oxi Clean), which sold for $325 million in 3 years. He accomplished the profitable sale of this privately held company by leading and working closely with a 22-member cross-functional, internal and external team comprised of legal, mergers and acquisitions, operations, and finance representatives.  He previously was the COO and CFO at Imprints Wholesale and let them to record profits while simultaneously improving customer service metrics for each of the 5 warehouses.

Heather Callender-Potters is Co-Founder, Vice-Chairman and Chief Advocacy and Shareholder Relations Officer of PharmaJet, a needle-free jet injection technology focused on immunizations.  During the past decade, multiple achievements in clinical testing and regulatory has facilitated commercial scaling for wide-spread use.  PharmaJet is also progressing more than 100 distinct vaccine and therapeutic development programs with 60 collaboration partners around the globe, including pharmaceutical companies, governments, universities, and NGO’s.  One notable example is the first DNA vaccine approved for human use, which is a COVID-19 indication created by Zydus Cadila, and that is now debuting commercial use in India, utilizing PharmaJet’s intradermal platform as the only method of administration. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Management from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from Wharton, the University of Pennsylvania.

Robert is an entrepreneur, investor, publicly speaks and serves on corporate and nonprofit boards actively “giving back” to local communities supporting corporate responsibility and environmental balance. He is graduate of Millikin University with advance studies at Arizona State University and the American University, Washington DC.

Peter Nelson is the Managing Director of Century Group's Denver, Colorado office. In this role, he provides mentorship to team members, strengthens client relationships and identifies new business opportunities.

Prior to that, Peter acted as Director, Executive Search at the firm's El Segundo office — managing and completing searches in the entertainment, engineering, technology, real estate, legal and service industries. He's successfully placed professionals at the CEO, CFO, Vice President, Controller and Management levels within Finance, Accounting, Tax and Audit.

He joined Century Group in 1999 as an Associate, where he focused on developing relationships with talented professionals in public accounting to help with their transition into industry. He was later promoted to Senior Associate, where he focused on managing a diverse client list in both public and private companies, ranging from start-up to Fortune 500. His success in completing searches and providing a valuable consultative service to his clients has resulted in repeat business from his clients, accounting for 62% of his placements.

Peter was a Division I baseball player at Texas Tech University, and was previously a top producer in retail sales with a Fortune 500 company. He still focuses on business development and research, recruiting and marketing for retained and contingency searches and expanding his overall network within the Denver, Colorado marketplace.
