Attendance Requirement: These events are exclusively for business owners and C-level executives of operating companies with annual revenue greater than $5M. ACG Denver members from financial services, professional services and other advisory firms may attend if they register with one qualified C-level guest.

In the first six months of 2018, M&A market activity hit an 11-year high, a level not seen since before the global financial crisis. However, deals in the second half of the year fell compared to 2017. Was this a telltale sign of buyers’ dampening appetite and more cautious outlook?  How will the current wave of uncertainties and market volatility impact the market and valuations?

If you want to know where to find growth capital and how to ride the market trends, then you won’t want to miss this program. Our expert M&A panel will review what they saw in 2018 and discuss current market complexities including the availability of capital, interest rate environment, baby boomer effect, tariffs, tax reform, and economic growth.  Will these factors slow M&A pace in 2019, or will the robust M&A appetite continue into 2019 and beyond?
