Dan Bruder helps executive leaders build successful organizations as CEO of Fusion Dynamics Group, an advisory firm focused on strategic planning, leadership development, company culture and organizational communication. He has a broad range of experience with a background in executive leadership, strategic planning, sales and marketing operations, brand development, customer service, and corporate finance. Dan has created the Strategy Whiteboard™ System, Blendification™ System, Purpose System, HiPo System and CEO Roots Group™ System, leveraging technology and dynamic workshops that enable companies to develop an aligned focus with built-in leadership development, implementation, communication and accountability.

Dave has more than 30 years of professional experience ranging from civil engineering and project management to executive administration, having served as Galloway president since 2006. Dave has worked extensively in the areas of project feasibility, site selection, site planning, entitlement assistance, client repre­sen­­tation at public meetings and hearings, site design, grading and drainage studies, stormwater management, utility design and studies, permit coordination, and regulatory analysis. Dave received his bachelor of science in civil engineering in 1988 from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is a professional engineer licensed in 30 states; a LEED Accredited Professional; a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE); and a Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) and Certified Development, Design and Construction Professional (CDP) through the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Gina, a District Sales Manager with Insperity, is a dynamic, accomplished sales management leader with a 25+ year record of achievement in sales and networking.  She is an exceptional mentor and certified coach, and is remarkable at building new business and forging strong, lasting relationships with clients and business partners at every level. Gina was named the 2010 VIP Professional Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women, and has won several Insperity awards, including Chairman’s Club for 2017, 2018 and Insperity’s Rookie DM for 2018. Gina is also a current board member for HopeKids Colorado.
