Stephen Brown is Chief Executive Officer for Briotix, a role he previously held for PreCare since May 2010. His successful strategies have resulted in exponentially growing revenues and significantly increasing shareholder value, the hallmark of his leadership. He has led organizations that have included such services as managed care, disability management, property and casualty insurance programs, call centers, medical publishing, software development, medical cost containment and risk management. Stephen also served as CEO of the Reed Group in Westminster before PreCare and CEO of CompManagement, Inc. in Dublin, Ohio which he joined via the acquisition of Octagon Risk Services. While at Octagon Risk Services, Stephen served as President and then CEO after merging California based Applied Risk Management (ARM) and Professional Risk Management (PRM) in order to form Octagon Risk Services. He received his degree in Business Administration from Brigham Young University.

Rick joined IMA as Director of Enterprise Risk Management in 2013, working closely with the operations and sales teams in developing and marketing alternative risk strategies designed to maximize risk efficiencies for IMA’s larger clients. He began his insurance career in 1981 with a focus on underwriting large commercial casualty policies, specializing in complex, loss-sensitive rating plans. Over his first 11 years as an underwriter and remaining years as a broker, Rick has worked with large national and multi-national clients in designing, marketing and servicing complex alternative risk transfer programs. He spent the last decade leading a team of 18 associates who exclusively served large companies utilizing alternative risk techniques to finance and manage their risk, for some of whom the total cost of risk exceeded $80M annually. He personally led teams who served the nation’s second largest senior housing company, the nation’s largest blue collar labor contractor, one of the largest automobile logistics companies, the second-largest self-storage company and the fastest-growing oil field service contractor in the U.S.

Ryan has served as the CFO of Circle Graphics, a web-to-print, vertically integrated manufacturer, since mid-2015. Circle Graphics serves the consumer and commercial wall décor market, out-of-home advertising, and business signage industries through wholesale and owned e-commerce channels. The growing, private-equity backed company boasts 800+ employees and 400,000+ square feet of manufacturing facilities across five states. Prior to joining Circle Graphics, Ryan spent eight years in the private equity/investment banking industry focused on middle market M&A transactions across a wide range of industries. A Colorado native, he holds an undergraduate degree from CSU and a graduate degree from CU.

Bill specializes in risk management services in Crowe LLP’ s Consulting Practice. He has an internal audit background with 17 years of experience, holds a certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). During his career, Bill has managed a wide-variety of initiatives which include developing and implementing tailored Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks for several organizations. He also frequently advises organizations on how to establish a risk management framework, conducts entity-wide or process-level risk assessments, and performs internal control evaluations and internal audits for his clients. Bill also spends a substantial amount of time focusing on thought leadership activities in risk management and internal controls best practices.
