Michelle has practiced public accounting since 1999. She oversees assurance engagements and consulting projects for technology and software firms, manufacturing and distribution companies, and clients in the mining sector. Her assurance work has ranged from audits for SEC engagements to due diligence services and other agreed-upon procedures. In addition, Michelle provides technical support on complex accounting issues and advises on revenue recognition, inventory, impairment matters, goodwill, and merger and acquisition transactions.

Under Frannie's leadership, the Colorado Technology Association (CTA) has grown significantly in both size and influence.  In 2019, CTA recognized an increase in membership revenue of 31%. She prioritizes member value and engagement in all activities.  She leads with an ethic of continuous improvement and creativity while adhering to disciplined financial governance.

Manager, Strategy and Analytics, Global Business Development

As the Manager of Strategy and Analytics, Dan coordinates with various teams throughout OEDIT and GBD to provide the data-driven, analytical support necessary to meet Colorado’s economic development goals. He gathers, processes, and analyzes large datasets; tracks emerging local, state, national, and global economic trends; designs and implements research projects; and creates promotional and informational materials for internal and external stakeholders. He develops GBD’s annual strategies on investment outreach and export promotion and has advised the governor’s policy team (as well as local communities) on trade and tariffs.  Before coming to Colorado, Dan worked as an economist in the Standards Evaluation and Analysis Division at the US Coast Guard Headquarters in Washington DC, where he estimated the economic impact of planned regulatory and policy interventions. He holds an MA in Economics from Northeastern University in Boston.

Colorado Advanced Manufacturing Association (CAMA)
President

Founding President of the Colorado Advanced Manufacturing Association (CAMA). Since the launch of the Organization, he has been responsible for working with the Board of Directors to developing the strategic vision for the organization as well as the implementation plan of programs, events, and services to meet the needs of the members. He is responsible for staff development, membership recruitment and fiscal management of the Association. As the President of the Association, he works with the National Association of Manufacturers on national policy and the Colorado State Chamber of Commerce on State policy issues.
