• Leadership 20 is the leadership development program for emerging leaders within ACG Denver’s professional business community.
• Leadership 20 participants experience valuable business content and develop meaningful professional connections.
• Only 20 people are selected for each intimate and exclusive Leadership 20 peer group.
• Graduates of Leadership 20 join a highly engaged alumni network with participants from the past 10+ years.

Leadership 20 is an eight-session leadership development course that takes place in the fall of each year. Each session is interactive, fun and practice-based. You will be able to immediately apply what you learn in the session to everyday business situations. The course work sets the context for effective leadership behavior through experiential-based learning that has practical application of the learned skills.

Equally as important is the formation of a peer group of Leadership 20 colleagues that will become a hub of your professional networks for years to come. Now in its 19th year, Leadership 20 has a highly engaged alumni group.  Not only do you develop a network with your cohort but additionally have immediate access to the nexus of all Leadership 20 graduates. Many of our graduates go on to serve as chapter committee leaders and Advisory Board members.

The ACG Denver Leadership 20 2025-2026 Program runs from September 2025 through April 2026.  There are a total of eight (8) class sessions that meet once a month. Graduation reception will take place after the last session.  

Registration fee:  $2,250 per student.  

Nominations for the 2025-2026 cohort will launch in mid-May 2025.
