We are looking for a dynamic, organized, driving, self-starter to contribute to our long-term growth and success in the full-time role of Executive Assistant to the Executive Director.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of projects and administration while learning the ropes of association management. You will
Work from home
Enjoy managing projects and people
Work independently and as part of a small team
Provide general chapter administration; board meeting support, member relations, event logistics, basic database management, and administrative support to the Executive Director
Help our association grow
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products is required. Experience with database management, Cvent or other registration platforms is a plus.
