Bryan is a partner at KPMG and the KPMG Private market leader for Colorado and the Mountain Business Unit for the Audit and Assurance practice. He has 17+ years of experience working with companies in the telecommunications, technology, media, and engineering and construction sectors. During his career, he has worked with a variety of start-up, high-growth, and public companies helping management evaluate key accounting and financial reporting requirements while meeting deadlines and providing critical business and operational insights. He has a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and building strong relationships with clients while providing expertise in M&A activities as well as accounting and financial reporting matters related to SEC reporting including carve-outs, debt offerings, and SEC filings.
