After building geographies and consulting practices for others, Celia started Dietrich Partners to fill what she perceives as a gap in the professional services world – essentially providing a different service experience to the market and creating an expectation for how services are delivered. Clients should accept nothing less than a partner that does what they say they are going to do, is transparent, provides a return on their investment and takes care of its people. Seven years later, Dietrich employs 30 plus consultants and provides advisory and operating partner services to assist clients maximize the value of transactions, deliver key programs, and optimize overall performance. The client roster encompasses public, private equity and privately held organizations, ranging in size from middle market to Fortune 100 companies, and serves a range of industries including healthcare, financial services, utilities, manufacturing and hospitality.
Celia holds her BS in Accounting from Metropolitan State College of Denver and received her MBA from the University of Colorado.
