Ranjan Goswami, Chief Marketing and Product Officer, Delta Air Lines

Ranjan Goswami, Chief Marketing and Product Officer at Delta Air Lines, leads the airline’s global marketing and customer experience design functions. With more than 22 years of experience in aviation—nearly 18 of those years at Delta—Ranjan brings an intentional, people-first approach to strengthening the Delta brand and shaping meaningful, premium travel experiences for customers worldwide. 

Known for his thoughtful leadership and care for both people and performance, Ranjan’s work has elevated Delta’s end-to-end customer journey while reinforcing the airline’s commitment to delivering with intention and purpose. His strategic oversight spans brand, product, partnerships, and experience design, ensuring Delta continues to differentiate through innovation grounded in human connection and operational excellence. 

Prior to his current role, Ranjan served as Senior Vice President – Customer Experience Design, where he led customer insights and product strategy across Delta’s physical, digital, and peopleenabled touchpoints. He played a central role in advancing initiatives such as fast, free WiFi across the global fleet, the evolution of Delta One, the launch of Delta Sync, and the continued enhancement of the travel experience from curb to cloud. 

Ranjan has also held leadership roles across InFlight Field Operations, and sales including leading more than 21,000 flight attendants and support personnel and overseeing Delta’s largest West Coast hub at Los Angeles International Airport. Across every role, his leadership has been defined by remaining people-first with a steadfast commitment to Delta people and customers alike.

Jalal Taby, Senior Vice President & Regional Manager, Fifth Third Bank (Moderator)

Jalal Taby has over 18 years of experience in the commercial banking industry providing financing solutions to middle-market companies. Currently, he has the responsibility of managing and helping grow the San Gabriel middle-market region alongside a team of seasoned and talented commercial bankers. His team customizes financial solutions to privately held businesses with revenues ranging from $30 million to $500 million that match their unique needs. Taby received a master’s degree in finance from the University of Michigan - Dearborn, and a bachelor’s degree from Walsh College. In addition, he served as the president of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Los Angeles chapter for 2 years and chair of the board. Taby is also an active volunteer for Junior Achievement, a charitable organization dedicated to imparting business skills to underprivileged students.
