Trent Bryson, CEO, Bryson Financial

Trent Bryson is the CEO of Bryson Financial, where his leadership and vision have helped grow the firm into a multi-disciplinary platform serving individuals, families, business owners, and private equity partners. He has played a key role in expanding Bryson’s reach within the Private Equity sector, partnering with PE firms and their portfolio companies on complex planning, risk management, insurance strategy, and executive-level financial planning. Under his leadership, Bryson has developed a reputation for helping portfolio companies reduce costs, improve coverage structures, and create long-term enterprise value through a strategic and consultative approach.

An accomplished endurance athlete, Trent brings the same discipline, preparation, and commitment to excellence to his leadership at Bryson as he does to every challenge he takes on.

Tom O'Leary, CEO, Co-founder, JetZero

Before JetZero, Tom’s career spanned startups in aviation, automotive, and technology. Tom has held posts at Autoweb.com, Ford Dealer Connection, eBay Motors, and Tesla. In 2015, he moved into Aerospace, later joining BETA Technologies as COO. There, he recruited Mark Page to design BETA’s all-electric aircraft. Tom and Mark founded JetZero in 2020 to focus exclusively on the development of a blended-wing-body jetliner. Tom received a B.A. in political science from Furman University with a focus on environmental policy.
