Enjoy an hour+ of deal meetings, a keynote and panel discussion followed by an hour networking with an open bar and passed hors d'oeuvres at the iconic New York Athletic Club.

ACG NY will circulate an excel sheet several business days prior to the event to collect deal-meeting preferences. If you qualify for meetings, you will be asked to number your preferences 1-3 and meetings will be curated by hand. Meeting Schedules will be printed and provided onsite.

Mac Lothrop joined Trivest in 2019. He is responsible for business development initiatives at the firm, including the origination and evaluation of investment opportunities. He operates primarily in Philadelphia and the Northeast region, managing Trivest’s deal relationships in that geography. Previously, Mac was with TruSight LLC, a buy-side M&A advisory firm located in Philadelphia. He received his B.S. in Economics from Clemson University.

Dimitri Skambas is focused on origination and coverage for a portfolio of middle-market clients, with an emphasis on relationship development, capital origination, and tailored credit solutions at The Bank of Hope. Dimitri partners with executive leadership and product teams to deliver customized financing strategies that support clients’ growth, acquisition, and working capital needs. Dimitri was previously a Vice President in Institutional Equity Sales at Canaccord Genuity. Prior to his role at Canaccord, Dimitri worked at SRV Partners, a turnaround and restructuring advisory firm. And prior to SRVP, he held roles in business development, commodity structured finance and FX at First Financial Bank, MUFG and Brown Brothers Harriman. Dimitri holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship & Public Affairs.

Michael Livanos is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Altair Industries. Previously, he was a founding member of Stellex Capital Management. Mr. Livanos's prior board roles have included A Stucki, Continental Global Material Handling, Custom Glass Solutions, Fenix Parts, and Ferroworks. Prior to Stellex, Mr. Livanos focused on restructuring and turnarounds at Barclays and Houlihan Lokey and worked with the senior management team at Citigroup's Corporate Headquarters. Mr. Livanos holds a BS in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon and MBA from Columbia Business School. He served on the alumni advisory board of Carnegie Mellon's School of Computer Science and remains active within Columbia Business School's Private Equity Program.

Robert Landis is a Founding Partner, Origination since 2002, of The Riverside Company in New York. Riverside is a private equity firm investing in premier companies at the smaller end of the middle market with $14 billion of AUM over 141 current investments. He works with a team of 17 professionals who coordinate origination and structuring opportunities for Riverside's investment portfolios across 9 diversified funds globally. Over the past 3 years his primary responsibility has been managing the  Exit Process.  He also serves as a board member of ACG New York. Prior to joining Riverside, Robert was a Managing Director at Deutsche Banc from 1986 to 2002. His last role at Deutsche was Managing the Aerospace and Defense Group. Robert is a Major ( ret) .in the U.S. Army.

Prior to co-founding TresVista, Abilash has been a Private Equity investor and Investment banker, having completed over $20 billion in M&A and financing transactions. He is the President and a long-time board member of the Association of Corporate Growth, New York. He also serves on the board for Beyond Capital Fund, a charitable impact investment firm focusing on India and East African nations. Abilash graduated with honors from Georgetown University with a degree in Finance & Accounting, minoring in Philosophy & Economics.
