JON HUDSON

Jon Hudson is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Healthcare Services Investment Banking at Oppenheimer & Co.  Mr. Hudson has spent 30 years in the healthcare sector working across a variety of industry verticals and jobs.  Prior to Oppenheimer, Mr. Hudson was with Truist Securities for 19 years most recently in its Healthcare Investment Banking group where he co-founded and led the physician services practice for 10 years.  Throughout his investment banking career he has provided clients with services across advisory/M&A, public and private equity capital markets and debt capital markets.  Today, in addition to co-leading the healthcare services group, he has primary responsibility for originating transactions in the broader providers services and multi-site sectors with a focus on primary care, value-based care, women’s health, fertility, oral health and imaging.  

Other experience includes five years with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York City, five years at Andersen Consulting in its healthcare practice, and two years at Tatum/Subsidium.

Mr. Hudson earned his Master of Business Administration and Master of Healthcare Administration degrees at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and his B.S.B.A in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Florida.
