ROXI WEN

Roxi Wen is an Operating Partner at Insight Partners, where she leads the firm’s Finance Center of Excellence and partners with portfolio companies to drive scalable growth, financial discipline, and operational excellence across a broad, multi-stage portfolio. Prior to joining Insight, Roxi served as CFO for both public and private equity–backed companies, including Invitae, Mozilla, Elo Touch Solutions, and GE Critical Power. In these roles, she transformed capital allocation strategies, built and led global teams, scaled operating models, and guided organizations through significant growth, complex M&A transactions, and successful exits.

Roxi is a CFA® charterholder and holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
